1. Commitment to the LGPD
USE3D, part of Volo Group, is committed to full compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD). This page summarizes how we handle personal data, the rights of data subjects, and how to exercise them.

3. Data Subject Rights (LGPD Art. 18)
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- Confirmation: to know whether we process your personal data.
- Access: to obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: to correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
- Anonymization/Blocking/Deletion: of unnecessary, excessive, or non-compliant data.
- Portability: to receive your data in a structured format for transfer to another provider.
- Information about sharing: to know with which entities your data is shared.
- Consent revocation: to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the legality of prior processing.
- Opposition: to oppose processing carried out under other legal bases.
4. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of the rights above, reach out to USE3D on WhatsApp with the subject "LGPD Rights" and the following information:
- Full name and registered email.
- Clear description of the request.
- Identification document (CPF).
We will respond to your request within 15 business days, in accordance with the LGPD.
5. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Our Data Protection Officer is responsible for ensuring LGPD compliance and acting as a communication channel between USE3D, data subjects, and the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). To reach the DPO, use USE3D's WhatsApp channel.
6. International Data Transfer
USE3D does not transfer personal data internationally. All data is stored and processed on servers located in Brazil, in compliance with applicable law.
7. Security Incidents
In the event of a security incident that may pose risk or significant harm to data subjects, USE3D will notify the ANPD and affected subjects within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident, in accordance with ANPD regulations (Resolution CD/ANPD No. 2/2022).
