Terms of Use

1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the on-demand 3D printing services offered by USE3D, a company part of Volo Group. By placing an order or requesting a quote, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.
2. Registration and User Responsibilities
To use our services, the user must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. It is the user's sole responsibility to: keep contact details and shipping address up to date; be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a legal guardian; keep account credentials confidential; notify USE3D immediately in case of unauthorized use of the account.
3. Orders and Quotes
Quotes are generated based on the files and specifications provided by the customer. Quotes are returned within 24 business hours after the file is received. Quotes are valid for 5 (five) calendar days from the date sent. The order is confirmed once the customer approves the quote and USE3D confirms payment. After confirmation, order changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
4. Intellectual Property of Files
By submitting files for printing, the customer declares to hold all rights necessary over the submitted content, including copyrights and industrial property rights. USE3D is not responsible for third-party intellectual property violations arising from files supplied by the customer. Submitted files are used exclusively for the requested production and will not be reproduced, sold, or shared without the customer's express authorization.
5. Payment
USE3D accepts the following payment methods: credit card, bank slip (boleto), and Pix. Production will only start after payment confirmation. For boleto payments, clearance can take up to 3 business days. Displayed prices already include applicable taxes, except where indicated otherwise. USE3D reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
6. Delivery and Deadlines
Deliveries are made nationwide via partner carriers. Production and delivery deadlines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, demand volume, and destination region. USE3D is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, force majeure events, or issues with the shipping address provided by the customer. Order tracking is made available after dispatch.
7. Returns and Exchanges Policy
In the case of a verified manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to a free reprint or full refund, provided the request is made within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product. This policy does not cover: parts with defects arising from issues in the file provided by the customer, misuse after delivery, or exchange requests based on aesthetic preference unrelated to a production defect.
8. Limitation of Liability
USE3D is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of printed products. The customer is fully responsible for the final use of the produced parts, including structural, medical, or safety applications, which must be evaluated by a qualified professional.
9. Changes to the Terms
USE3D may change these Terms of Use at any time, with 30 days' prior notice sent through the registered contact channels. Continued use of the services after the notice period implies acceptance of the new conditions.
